How to activate my tag?
Connecting your Trackie to your iPhone or iPad is a breeze. Open the Find My app on your Phone and simply hold the power button to initiate pairing. Once the pairing is successful, you'll be prompted to assign a name to your Tag - this could be your pet's name or any identifier you prefer. After naming, securely attach the Tag to your pet’s collar. That's it! You're all set to start tracking your furry friend's adventures.
With what devices is trackie compatible?
Currently, Trackie is only compatible with iOS devices. However, we are actively developing support for other operating systems, including Android, to expand our compatibility and reach.
